Hyong Hii Hwat Tsaii!!! Happy Chinese New year!!! 
Yep, 2006 is the Year of the Red Fire Dog. So if you can't stand the heat, better prepare yourself... that is unless your lucky element is Fire. If you wanna see what 2006 has in store for us, click this [link] As for me, all I know is that I'm gonna be really busy. Weeee.
Since it's the year of the dog, I don't know any canine character to draw... except for Jon Talbain from Capcom's Darkstalkers.
Drawn with a brushpen on Canson paper for around an hour and a half, then added the blues in Photoshop. Why blue? Well, Talbain's attacks such as Luna's Hammer have blue flames. 
And why is Felicia included? I dunno.. she kinda looks nice in there.
