Soft and Sweet

Here's a recent colored piece for a change. ^.^ I was cleaning up stuff when I found lots of bristol board leftovers gathering dust in my room(I used to buy large sheets which I trimmed down to size). For some reason I never threw away the trimmed excess (maybe I'm just a pack rat ;> ). So I cut off a small piece(around 5.5 " x 6.5") and started sketching.

I happened to remember a pic from an old SPIN magazine of some rapper(I think he was from the Bloodhound Gang) with puckered lips smooching the camera.(Eww) I think it was really that gross enough for me to remember it @.@ So I thought of something really sweet and refreshing for a change, and also to banish the thought from my head at the same time.

I decided to color this Mika sketch because, well, I had time to kill. => I really need lots of practice, though
