Artist's Comments
This was the cover for Galaxy Girl for Galaxy Graphics three years ago. I did the linework using tight 2B pencils, and Brazilian artist Hermes Tadeo did the awesome colors.
 I posted this in memory of a great artist and a wonderfully talented person.  I feel really sad and angry when I see this cover. Hermes Tadeo was one of the most promising colorists of GlasshouseGraphics Inc. One day when he was at a beach in Brazil with his girlfriend, they got mugged and the criminal shot him dead when he refused to hand over his watch. -___- Life can really be so cruel sometimes.  One moment you're enjoying life with the one you love, and poof! the next thing you know, yer dead. It really saddens and scares the heck out of me.  So I live my life a day at a time, and try my best to make something out of it while I'm still here.  |
