Metal came against metal. There was a tiny ringing sound followed by another. Then I found myself gazing into angry pewter eyes, and a graceful, mannequin smile that had been cleared of all emotion. “There is no time.” The metal chimes rang loudly as they hit my shoulder, missing my head as I stumbled back and down the few steps I had climbed. “You have asked too many questions. You have overstayed your welcome.” It was without transition… the relapse of that other Delurianne.
I forced myself up on my feet, clutching my shoulder where blood had begun to stain the cloth. I noticed then that between the chimes hung thin blades, one of which was now dripped in red liquid. “Delurianne… Fugue… if you’re in there…” I appealed to the approaching figure, this menacing girl with her pipes and knives tinkling on thin metal chains...

I thought I would never get to actually start working on it, but finally, it is done! There were several scenes which I 'd love to work on, but I eventually chose the pivotal scene where Delru confronts Aeth in the staircase after the events fron the stables. Originally, I wanted to do the part where Delurianne first appears as her true feminine self(and minus the chest bandages! sorry, just couldn't help myself! ) But then, what's Velvet Noose without the suspense(and a li'l blood)? So I fast forward to the scene where Aeth realizes that this is a different Delru and that his shoulder is bleeding...

And here comes a glaring Delurianne with dark ribbons swirling with a life of their own, slowly descending the stairs... her fingers literally inching their way towards him, her other hand holding the carillon where he can just make out the tips of the blades, dark with his own blood, coming closer and closer...

Uh, I hope the design of the carillon works for ya, Delru I decided to make the blades extra long, so they'd look more menacing.
I had a difficult time on her expression... I wanted to give her the look that will make your skin crawl...hope that works, too

Nevertheless I had so much fun working on this! This one's all for ya!
